Man, last night was hard. We both worked again with only one car to get around in. We were gone from 7 in the morning to 7 at night, and then had to make dinner.
We made a chef's salad. I had planned on it, so we had all the ingredients ready. Thank god I planned ahead!

Tonight we're having chili. I soaked black beans last night for the first time. I hope it comes out ok - I don't want to spend hours cooking beans when we're dead tired.
I thawed ground turkey (bought on sale of course) for it too so it should go pretty quick.

I'm afraid we're going to burn out pretty quickly.
Now he's pushing me to get a second car which will be majorly expensive when you figure in taxes, gas, insurance and maintenance. And we don't have a second parking space in the winter.
