from the vending machine at work. I was so hungry and bored - this is the first time in years when I've had nothing to do at work.

I only had some chef salad for lunch. There wasn't much left - I had made it originally a few nights ago and added some fresh lettuce this morning.

And, a few days ago I bought a soda from the vending machine. So I'm out $1.60. Now I have to add it to my food budget. I could have bought so much more with that money - I feel really guilty. I usually never have soda either - I just had a craving for it.

I'm thinking about making a no-bake breakfast bar recipe I found on the Internet tonight. I don't have chocolate chips but it should still taste yummy. For those days when I don't have time to eat breakfast, I can just cut a bar off and bring it in the car (as a passenger).
