I physically and mentally cannot take the train anymore. It stresses me out too much - so much shuffling around, huge crowds and I freeze whenever they open the doors for a stop.

I took a commuter bus all the way in today. I had two seats to myself, no noise, a nice view, and didn't have to pay for parking. I should get home 15 minutes earlier, and have way less to drive.
I feel much more relaxed.

I was told yesterday that I will be getting a bonus this year. The plan is:
buy a used car for me
pay off the evil student loan
make one extra payment on the mortgage
have part of the sidewalk in front of our house professionally paved so I'll have a parking spot.

I'm VERY excited
